Facilities
All facilities within the venue are available for hire if the volunteer committee can accomodate. We offer very competitive rates for commercial, community and private use.
The Patrician is centrally located in the heart of County Tyrone within a 20 minute journey of the main towns of Cookstown, Dungannon and Omagh; access to Belfast is within 1 hour and Dublin is 2 hours and so is a perfect location for meetings, conferences, events and training.
The current weekly schedule offers a diverse range of events, providing activities for all ages and abilities.
As a voluntary ran building, we will endeavour to do our best to meet the needs of all user groups.

Theatre
- Full Theatre: 300 seated (retractable seating + floor seating)
- Small Theatre: 200 seated (retractable seating + floor seating)
- Main Function Room: 400 seated (concert style)
- 280 seated with tables
- Bar services are available with prior arrangement
Stage
- Front stage opening of 32ft; 25ft from curtain line to upstage drapery; Backstage crossover of 6ft between upstage drapery and the back wall. 10ft each side of main stage for storage or shifting of equipment.
- Backstage: Four number dressing rooms (two with full toilet/shower facilities). Warm-up/Cool down room. Large Backstage storage area.
Upstairs Mezzanine
- The upstairs room has a panoramic view of Carrickmore Main Street.
- This multi-purpose room can be used for meetings and small events. Can accommodate up to 60 people.
- Kitchen Facilities are available for either outside catering or private use.
Accessibility
- There is designated blue badge parking available but limited to a first come first served basis; pick-up and drop off is permitted.
- The theatre is equipped with an induction loop hearing system.
Parking
Limited public car parking is adjacent to the venue.
