Facilities
All facilities within the venue are available for hire subject to availability of voluntary committee. We offer very competitive rates for commercial, community and private use.
The current weekly schedule offers a diverse range of events, providing activities for all ages and abilities.
As a voluntary run building, we will endeavour to do our best to meet the needs of all user groups. Retractable seating is only available for a run of shows, where it is feasible.

Theatre

- Full Theatre: 300 seated (retractable seating + floor seating)
- Small Theatre: 200 seated (retractable seating + floor seating)
- Main Function Room: 400 seated (concert style) or 280 seated with tables
- Minor hall: 80 seated (concert style)
- Major Hall: 320 seated (concert style)
- Bar services are available with prior arrangement
Stage
- Front stage opening of 10m; 6.3m from front curtain line to rear wall. Backstage crossover of 1m between upstage drapery and the back wall. 3m each side of main stage for storage or shifting of equipment.
- Backstage: Two dressing rooms and an accessible dressing room all with full toilet/shower facilities. Warm-up/Cool down room.
Upstairs Mezzanine
- The upstairs room has a panoramic view of Carrickmore Main Street.
- This multi-purpose room can be used for meetings and small events. Can accommodate up to 40 people.
- A small Kitchenette is available for either outside catering or private use.
Bar
- Bar facilities are available with prior arrangement.
- We offer a range of draught beers, bottles, wines, prosecco and soft drinks.

Kitchen
- We have a high specification kitchen available for either outside catering or private use.

Foyer
- Our bright and spacious foyer has been upgraded to ensure all guests enjoy a pleasant visit to our facility.
The Book Nook
In our foyer, we have a beautiful Book Nook, available to the community. Call in for a browse. We have a Donation Box on the shelf which helps us maintain the service and manage our bills.
Accessibility
– We welcome and can accomodate all patrons to The Patrician
– The theatre is equipped with an Induction Hearing Loop system.

Parking
– Limited public car parking on the main street
– There are small car oarks adjacent to and opposite the venue
– There is designated blue badge parking available, but limited to a first come, first served basis; pick-up and drop off is permitted.
